30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your curtains, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalized curtains
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at supportnow@evanharry.vip with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure you get the item you want.
